Welcome to The Mentoring Collaborative Website!

The Mentoring Collaborative is a formal mentoring program that was started at The University of Toledo. We provide opportunities for members to benefit from sharing their time and talent to benefit students. We are currently looking for:

UT Students who wish to have a mentor
UT students who wish to mentor incoming UT freshmen
Campus and community professionals who wish to mentor a UT student

If you are interested in participating in mentoring, please complete the online registration to be included in our database and our distribution list for meetings, trainings, and other event notices . Registration: Community Professionals - UT Students

Upcoming Events______________________

Operation Christmas Child 2012 - Pack a shoe box gift for a child this year! Wrap and fill a shoe box with toys and sundries and Samaritan’s Purse will ship these gifts all over the world to share Christmas with needy children. Visit our Peer Networking Association page for more info. Items will be collected from September 4^th through November 5^th.

Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box Wrapping Party - Thursday, November 15, 2012 - 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Horton International House - 6th Floor Multi Purpose Room. Entrance Fee - One Or More Of The Following:
- One Wrapped Shoe Box or 3 Empty Shoe Boxes
- One Toy For A Boy Or A Girl
- Sundry Items (Soap, Brush/Comb; Socks; Etc.)
- 2 Rolls Of Wrapping Paper And Tape
- Note Paper/Cards To Send Notes With Shoe Boxes
- Monetary Donations To Support Shipping

- The Mentoring Collaborative Semester Kick Off Meeting was an exciting time of reconnecting, meeting new members and celebrating what mentoring is at The University of Toledo. Thanks to all who joined us for breakfast. Congratulations to Jackie Thai who won the $100.00 Visa Gift Card. What a great group of people - great semester ahead!!!
